Returns & Refunds policy:
You are entitled to cancel your order/membership within 1 day by giving a valid reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 1 day (i.e 24 hours) from the date you received the product/membership.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement(create a video of your final test and send us to verify that the product doesn’t match with the original).

We will reimburse you no later than 1 day from the day we receive the returned product. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
